Joy Jain Appointed as Deals Advisory Leader at Pierag Consulting

Joy Jain has been appointed as Deals Advisory Leader at Pierag Consulting, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in complex transactions, valuations, and transformation-led advisory.


With over 35 years of post-qualification experience, Joy brings deep expertise in Ind AS and IFRS advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, due diligence, and valuation of tangible and intangible assets. Prior to joining Pierag, he spent 27 years with PwC member firms in India and overseas, holding leadership roles across Accounting Technical, IFRS, US GAAP, and Due Diligence practices.


Beyond advisory, he has served as Independent Director and Audit Committee member on the boards of organizations including Essar Power Limited and Droom Technology Limited. At Pierag Consulting, he will focus on scaling the Deals Advisory platform and supporting clients through high-stakes transactions and value-creation initiatives.
