Jeetendra Dhakane has been appointed as Head – IT & Digital Transformation at RP Tech (Rashi Peripherals Ltd.), one of India’s leading national distribution partners for global ICT brands. Based in Mumbai, Dhakane will report to the Managing Director and lead the company’s enterprise technology strategy while driving digital transformation initiatives across functions to support RP Tech’s next phase of growth.

With over 20 years of experience, Jeetendra Dhakane brings deep expertise in managing complex, large-scale technology environments across diverse industries. His career spans leadership and transformation roles at Sun Pharma, Ranbaxy, L’Oréal, Reliance Retail, and multiple IT consulting organizations, where he has delivered enterprise-wide technology programs focused on agility, governance, operational efficiency, and enhanced partner experience.


In his new role at RP Tech (Rashi Peripherals Ltd.), Dhakane will focus on building a modern, secure, and scalable IT foundation while accelerating digital initiatives aligned with business priorities. His mandate includes strengthening cybersecurity and resilience, enabling data-driven decision-making, scaling automation, and modernizing enterprise platforms to improve speed, reliability, and user experience across the organization.


Dhakane’s leadership is supported by strong academic credentials, including an Executive PG Certification in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence from IIT Roorkee, Business Analytics from IIM Ahmedabad, and a master’s in computer management from Pune University. He also holds certifications in Robotic Process Automation (UiPath), Data Visualization (Power BI and Tableau), .NET, along with Microsoft Azure Administration and Cybersecurity badges, reflecting a practical, value-driven approach to digital enablement.
