Mayur Vasa has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer at Bandhan AMC Limited, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team as it accelerates its digital and innovation agenda. Based in Mumbai, he will spearhead strategic technology leadership, digital transformation, AI adoption, and enterprise-wide technology operations to strengthen the organization’s competitive edge in the asset management space.


A seasoned technocrat with over 27 years of experience—including more than six years in the United Kingdom—Mayur brings deep expertise across IT strategy, enterprise architecture, digital platforms, and large-scale transformation programs. His mandate at Bandhan AMC includes overseeing systems architecture, network infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and the advancement of innovation-led initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.


Prior to joining Bandhan AMC, Mayur served as Digital Leader & SVP – Digital & AI Strategy and Transformation at Marsh, where he led multiple technology adoption initiatives across India, the Middle East, and Africa. He played a pivotal role in formulating and executing regional digital strategies, building consumer and affinity platforms, and implementing target operating models to enhance operational efficiency and Client engagement.


Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Liberty General Insurance and ICICI Lombard, driving enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, cloud migration, and large-scale digital transformation programs. His career also includes an extensive tenure at Tech Mahindra, where he led business intelligence practices and global delivery programs, including engagements in the UK telecom sector.


With a strong foundation in technology architecture, AI-driven innovation, and digital execution within BFSI and telecom domains, Mayur Vasa’s appointment underscores Bandhan AMC’s commitment to leveraging technology as a strategic growth enabler in an increasingly digital-first financial services ecosystem.
