Dr. Syed Tariq Hashmi has joined Toviva Lifesciences as Business Head – Strategic Planning into Partnership, where he will lead commercial strategy, strengthen market expansion, and drive the company’s next phase of growth across key therapeutic segments.


With over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Hashmi brings deep expertise in sales leadership, pharma strategy, brand building, and cross-functional business operations.


His career includes leadership roles at ERIS Lifesciences and Marc Laboratories, along with an 18-year tenure at Novartis, where he held multiple regional leadership positions across Delhi, Raipur, Bhopal, and Lucknow.


Most recently, he served as Sales Director at Weskill, leading sales transformation and strategic execution initiatives.
