Pritish Sharma appointed as Vice President – Technology at Archbridge Capital Pvt. Limited, marking a strategic leadership addition as the organisation continues to scale its digital and technology capabilities. In this role, he will lead the company’s technology strategy, platform scalability, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the development of secure, high-performance, and compliant systems aligned with business growth objectives.


With around 10 years of experience in building and scaling technology platforms—particularly within the healthcare domain—Pritish brings strong expertise in designing robust, secure, and regulation-ready systems. At Archbridge Capital, he will work closely with business and product teams to enable operational excellence, support innovation, and ensure seamless alignment between technology architecture and organisational priorities.


Prior to this appointment, Pritish spent over three and a half years at Dario, where he progressed from Principal Software Engineer to Team Lead, playing a key role in scaling healthcare technology platforms and leading engineering teams. His responsibilities included system design, performance optimisation, and delivery of compliant digital solutions in a highly regulated environment.


Earlier in his career, he held engineering roles at AgreeYa Solutions, Tweedle Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Envirer), Shoes on Loose, and began his professional journey at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant System Engineer. His experience across startups, product companies, and large enterprises has equipped him with a balanced perspective on agility, scalability, and enterprise-grade technology delivery.


Pritish’s appointment reinforces Archbridge Capital’s focus on leveraging technology as a core growth enabler, strengthening its digital foundation while maintaining high standards of security, performance, and regulatory compliance.
