Pranshu Vats has been appointed as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at CashPey™, marking a significant leadership addition as the fintech venture builds innovative solutions across digital lending and credit enablement. Based in Bengaluru, Pranshu will play a central role in shaping the company’s operational strategy, go-to-market execution, and partnerships across the fintech and financial services ecosystem.


A seasoned banking and fintech professional, Pranshu brings deep expertise in fintech-based lending, working capital finance, supply chain finance, and unsecured lending. Known for his ability to optimize and streamline processes, he has consistently focused on building scalable, efficient lending ecosystems that balance growth with risk management.


Prior to his appointment at CashPey™, Pranshu held leadership roles across prominent financial and credit bureau organizations. Most recently, he worked with CRIF India in fintech sales, and earlier served as Assistant Vice President at TransUnion CIBIL, where he played a key role in driving fintech partnerships and expanding credit solutions for digital lenders. He has also held senior positions at Accumn, Tata Capital, Clix Capital, and Lendingkart, contributing to product innovation, sales expansion, and operational setup across high-growth environments.


Earlier in his career, Pranshu began his professional journey with HDFC Bank in working capital finance and later with Tata Consultancy Services, gaining exposure to enterprise operations and systems. He is a PGDM (Finance) graduate from IMT Ghaziabad, combining strong financial acumen with hands-on execution experience across banking and fintech domains.


With his appointment, CashPey™ strengthens its leadership foundation as it focuses on building robust, technology-driven credit solutions. Pranshu’s blend of banking depth, fintech innovation, and operational leadership positions him well to drive CashPey’s next phase of growth and impact in India’s evolving digital finance landscape.
