Pierag Consulting has appointed Sonal Agarwal Bali as Managing Director – CFO Advisory, further strengthening the firm’s leadership as it expands its global advisory capabilities. Based in Gurgaon, India, Sonal will play a pivotal role in deepening Pierag’s Accounting Advisory practice while building a robust, market-facing CFO Advisory offering to support clients through complex financial and strategic challenges.


A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience, Sonal brings deep expertise across corporate finance, governance, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, statutory compliance, audits, and finance transformation. She has led finance functions across both large enterprises and high-growth startups, working closely with leadership teams to enable scale, resilience, and long-term value creation.


Over the course of her career, Sonal has held senior finance leadership roles at organizations such as PepsiCo, FujiFilm, SREI, and ICCS, and has been part of early leadership teams at OYO Rooms, Spice Hotspot, and IntelloLabs, supporting these companies through critical growth phases. She is widely recognized for building strong financial control frameworks, enabling data-driven decision-making, and aligning finance strategy with business objectives.


In her new role at Pierag Consulting, Sonal will focus on strengthening the firm’s Accounting Advisory capabilities and establishing comprehensive CFO Advisory solutions. Her mandate includes helping clients navigate complexity, enhance governance structures, manage capital effectively, and drive sustainable growth across evolving business environments.
