Ankush Ahluwalia appointed Head – Partnerships, Alliances & Indirect Business at Archbridge Capital

Ankush Ahluwalia joins Archbridge Capital as Head – Partnerships, Alliances, and Indirect Business, bringing with him close to 19 years of extensive experience across Retail Assets and Microfinance within leading Banks and NBFCs. In his new role, Ankush will focus on building strategic alliances, strengthening indirect business channels, and driving partnership-led growth to support Archbridge Capital’s long-term vision.


A seasoned leader in Business Operations and People Management, Ankush has built a distinguished career working with highly reputed organizations such as GE Capital TFS, Kotak Mahindra Bank, DCB Bank, Religare, Magma Fincorp Limited, and Poonawalla Fincorp. Across these organizations, he has held diverse leadership roles including Sales Executive, Deputy Manager, Region Sales Head, Area Head (Delhi & NCR), and General Manager, gaining deep insights into sales, distribution, and large-scale operations.


Most recently, Ankush served as Chief Business Officer – MFI at Fusion Finance Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in driving scale, strengthening operational systems, and building high-performing teams across geographies. His tenure at Fusion was marked by a strong focus on execution excellence, people development, and sustainable business growth in the microfinance segment.


Academically, Ankush holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Kurukshetra University. He was also specially selected for the prestigious Strategic Leadership in Inclusive Finance program at Harvard Business School, USA, reflecting his strong strategic acumen and global perspective on inclusive growth and financial empowerment.


Known for his collaborative and people-first leadership style, Ankush is widely respected for building strong partnerships and nurturing long-term relationships. Outside of work, he is passionate about travelling, exploring historical and mythological places, fitness, and sports, and deeply values human connections.
