Akshat Mohan Bhatnagar has been appointed as Head–Operations at ICCS DigX, marking a significant leadership addition as the organization continues to strengthen its operational and delivery capabilities across the BPO and digital services landscape.


With nearly 25 years of extensive experience in the BPO industry, Akshat brings deep expertise in Operations, Service Delivery, and Large-Scale Program Management. His career spans managing complex, high-volume operations and driving transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience across diverse geographies.


Prior to joining ICCS DigX, Akshat served as Vice President – Operations at Accenture, where he led large, multi-geo teams and oversaw complex operational programs. During his tenure at Accenture, he played a key role in delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service scalability while managing high-impact enterprise engagements.


Known for building high-performing teams and executing seamless large-scale transitions, Akshat has consistently leveraged process excellence, automation, and analytics to deliver sustainable business outcomes. His leadership approach focuses on operational rigor, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
