Puneet Grover has joined Lancesoft Inc. as the Global Chief Revenue Officer, marking an important milestone both for the organization and his distinguished career in the workforce solutions and enterprise technology industry. In this strategic global role, Puneet will lead Lancesoft’s growth efforts across markets while also spearheading the development of a new SaaS technology business aimed at strengthening the company’s digital and product-driven portfolio.


With over 15 years of global leadership experience across revenue growth, implementations, customer success, and enterprise solution scaling, Puneet steps into this role with a proven record of building high-impact teams and delivering consistent business expansion. Prior to joining Lancesoft, he was part of global leadership team at US Tech Solutions and SimplifyVMS, where he played a pivotal role in expanding global footprint and driving strategic customer success initiatives. He was also responsible for global partnerships and analyst relationships.


Before SimplifyVMS and US Tech Group, Puneet held senior leadership roles at NLB Services, contributing significantly to business expansion and technology platforms. His longest tenure was at TalentRecruit Software, where he was part of the founding team and spent more than eight years growing through multiple positions—including Regional Manager, General Manager, and Vice President. During this period, he was deeply involved in scaling SaaS products, strengthening enterprise relationships, and steering operational transformation across global markets.


Puneet began his professional journey at Sify Technologies and later at Pioneer, gaining strong foundational experience in operations, customer experience, and project coordination. Over the years, he has built a well-rounded profile combining business development, technology-led transformation, and global market expansion—expertise that now positions him strongly to elevate Lancesoft’s revenue strategy and tech innovation agenda.


In his new role, Puneet is expected to play a critical part in shaping Lancesoft’s next phase of growth, driving integrated solutions, and advancing the company’s vision of evolving into a future-ready, tech-enabled global enterprise.
