Mohammad Asad Appointed as Chief Growth Officer at Algoleap

algoleap, a leading Cloud-native and AI-native Digital Engineering Services firm, announced the appointment of Mohammad Asad as its Chief Growth Officer (CGO). This strategic move aligns with Algoleap’s rapid growth vision, as the company aims to scale from 800 employees to more than 1,500 team members by 2026. In this role, Asad will drive Algoleap’s global growth charter—expanding market presence, strengthening next-generation digital engineering capabilities, and shaping long-term value creation for customers and stakeholders.
Mohammad Asad brings a strong track record in scaling organisations, building enterprise capabilities, and enabling sustainable growth across global markets. Most recently, he served as VP – Global Center (GCC) Operations & Strategy at Thomson Reuters, where he spent five years leading the expansion of Global Centers across multiple locations. He established foundational enterprise capabilities in Transition, Process Excellence, Transformation, Change Management, Workforce Management, Learning & Development, and Governance & Reporting while closely partnering with global functional leaders to shape operating models and organisational strategy.
Before Thomson Reuters, Asad held senior leadership roles across Cognizant, HSBC, ANZ, JPMorganChase, Tata Consultancy Services, Franklin Templeton, EXL, and GE Capital. At Cognizant, he built and led large-scale global practice organisations, executed automation programmes powered by RPA and AI/ML, and co-created market expansion strategies in collaboration with platform partners and sales teams. His career reflects deep subject-matter expertise across reconciliations, financial crime, liquidity management, documentation, transformation, and operational excellence.
