With over two decades of experience, Manmeet brings deep expertise across HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and People & Culture. Her career spans diverse industries, including aviation and technology, where she has worked with leading organizations such as CoreStack, IndiGo Airlines, GENPACT, and Bharti Airtel, contributing to large-scale HR transformations and operational efficiency initiatives.


Academically, Manmeet holds a Doctorate in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from SSBM Geneva and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, further strengthening her ability to drive process excellence and continuous improvement. Her blend of strategic insight and operational rigor is expected to play a key role in advancing NIIT MTS’s HR operations and people strategy.
