Kishore Bachchani Takes On the Role of Project Director at Polycab Telecom

Kishore Bachchani has taken on the role of Project Director at Polycab Telecom, where he is leading the implementation of the prestigious Bharat Broadband Network Limited (BBNL) project for BSNL. This nationally significant initiative, monitored by the Honourable Telecom Minister, reflects Kishore’s deep expertise in managing large-scale telecom deployments and critical connectivity programs.

Kishore brings to Polycab an extensive track record shaped by nearly 17 years at HFCL, where he successfully delivered more than 20 telecom projects across leading operators. Over the years, he demonstrated remarkable proficiency in technical execution, vendor coordination, and nationwide rollout strategies—attributes that defined his steady progression from GM–Project Manager to Associate Vice President.

A defining achievement of his career was his leadership in the 2014 Left Wing Extremism (LWE) Project, executed across highly challenging and Naxal-affected regions including Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. His exceptional execution in these difficult terrains earned appreciation from BSNL Circle CGMs and BSNL HQ, and contributed to HFCL’s Managing Director, Mr. Mahendra Nahata, being honoured by the Telecom Minister for outstanding project success.

Kishore holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Sikkim Manipal University. His appointment at Polycab Telecom further reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering mission-critical national connectivity programs through experienced, capable, and visionary leadership.
