Dhiraj Gupta Appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Teksoft Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Dhiraj Gupta has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer at Teksoft Labs Pvt. Ltd., bringing with him over two decades of rich experience in driving digital transformation, CRM delivery excellence, and large-scale enterprise technology programs. His appointment marks a strategic step in Teksoft Labs’ vision to strengthen its leadership, accelerate growth, and expand its capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and next-generation digital solutions.


Prior to taking on this role, Dhiraj served for nearly ten years at Cognizant, where he progressed through multiple leadership positions, including Director. As Dynamics 365 Practice Head, he spearheaded practice management, delivery transformation, enterprise D365 implementations and innovation across global accounts.


Before joining Cognizant, Dhiraj spent over twelve years at Wipro Technologies, where he managed CRM delivery for leading international clients across banking, financial services, and retail. He led major D365 implementations for organizations including Lloyds Banking Group and MasterCard, consistently delivering impact through strategic execution and technology-led value.


Dhiraj began his career as a Design Engineer at Mistral Software, laying the foundation for his technical expertise and solution-oriented approach.


As CEO of Teksoft Labs, Dhiraj Gupta will guide the company’s growth agenda, strengthen its digital engineering capabilities, and drive innovation aligned with evolving market needs. His leadership is expected to further position Teksoft Labs as a trusted partner delivering intelligent, scalable, and transformative solutions for global clients.
