Amol Natu has stepped into a significant new chapter at LTIMindtree as Delivery Head – Communications, Media & Entertainment (CME). With over 25 years of experience across BFS, Logistics, Utilities, Manufacturing, and Communications & Media, he brings a powerful combination of strategic foresight, P&L ownership, and the rare ability to bridge consultative sales with large-scale delivery. His global exposure across North America, Europe, and India gives him a multi-market viewpoint that enables customer-centric, impact-driven change—especially in fast-evolving and ambiguous environments where he consistently leads from the front.
In his new role, Amol will lead delivery for LTIMindtree’s CME portfolio. Known for scaling high-performing global teams and managing complex revenue streams, he will accelerate offerings across streaming and broadcast engineering, telecommunications modernization, gaming and interactive experiences, social media platforms, digital advertising ecosystems, content supply chain transformation, and next-gen audience engagement solutions. His customer-first, innovation-led leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping differentiated value for global media and communications clients.
Previously, as Delivery Head – Streaming and Broadcast, Amol led large-scale platform engineering and modernization programs for global media enterprises. His earlier work at LTIMindtree included major technology transformation initiatives for industrial manufacturing clients in North America, driving digital fabrics, smart-building ecosystems, connected operations, and multi-cloud modernization. His ability to navigate complex, cross-functional programs and scale delivery has earned the trust of C-suite leaders across industries.
Amol’s career foundation was built over an exceptional 19-year journey at Cognizant, where he progressed through multiple leadership roles managing P&Ls for major regulated utilities and banking enterprises across North America and the UK. He developed deep expertise in consultative selling, strategic outsourcing, opportunity shaping, and orchestrating large transformation programs—a distinctive blend of commercial acumen and delivery rigor that enables him to both win and run major portfolios.
