Tarun Narula Joins Radcliffe Group of Schools as Business Head

Tarun Narula has taken on the role of Business Head at Radcliffe Group of Schools, bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience in education management, franchise operations, business development, and national sales leadership. In his new role, he will spearhead business growth, student outreach, market expansion, and partner engagement across the school network, further strengthening Radcliffe’s presence in emerging and established markets.

Before joining Radcliffe, Tarun served as Vice President – Special Projects at Aptech, where he strengthened CRM, lifecycle management, and customer satisfaction programs. Prior to this, he was the National Sales Head for Arena Animation, overseeing P&L, growth strategy, academic delivery, brand expansion, and operations for 200+ franchise partners across India. Under his leadership, Arena Animation consolidated its market leadership, achieved sustained profitability, and significantly accelerated student acquisition through structured outreach and partner enablement initiatives.

Tarun’s earlier tenure at Aptech as Vice President & Geographical Head for Arena Animation (West & South) saw him lead regional strategy, P&L forecasting, compliance, quality assurance, and team leadership, resulting in strong market development across both regions. He has also played an impactful role at EuroKids International as AVP – Business Operations, heading international business for Nepal and Bangladesh as well as domestic emerging markets. Managing P&L for 125 schools, he drove record enrolments, strengthened academic delivery, expanded franchise networks, and pioneered initiatives such as the “Euro Kids Safety First” compliance program and teacher training frameworks.

With a career spanning leadership roles at NIIT, SSi, and Aptech Limited, Tarun has consistently delivered growth through strategic partnerships, franchise development, operational excellence, and data-driven business planning. His deep understanding of the education ecosystem—spanning preschool, K-12, vocational training, and professional education—positions him as a strong asset in driving student-centric outcomes and institutional scalability. In his new role as Business Head, Tarun Narula is set to anchor Radcliffe Group of Schools’ next phase of growth by enhancing student acquisition, strengthening partner relations, and ensuring operational excellence across all centers. His appointment reinforces the organization’s commitment to quality education, cohesive expansion, and creating future-ready learning environments across India.
