Rohan Kulkarni has been elevated to Senior Director, On-Premise (Away From Home Business) with Coca-Cola, India and Southwest Asia

He brings with him over 15 years of rich experience in FMCG industry across consumer marketing, category development, customer strategy, route-to-market design and commercial execution. Known for driving transformative growth across channels and customers, Rohan now leads Coca-Cola India’s Away From Home business, partnering with QSR brands, cinema chains and hotel groups to accelerate beverage incidence and unlock new consumption opportunities.


Prior to his current role, Rohan served as Head of Region Marketing (North & West India) and Head of Customer Marketing, for Coca-Cola India, where he led marketing for a business portfolio exceeding INR 12,000 crore. He was responsible for portfolio strategy, consumer marketing plans, resource allocation, regional market share gain strategies, and the execution of integrated campaigns that fuelled sustained growth across two of the company’s largest markets.


Earlier, Rohan held multiple leadership roles at Coca-Cola India including Director, Integrated Execution for Modern Trade & Digital Commerce and led Customer Value Creation Strategy. In these roles, he managed growth plans for top modern trade and digital customers, developed product launch strategies and drove long-term customer value creation. His strong grounding in business execution and operations comes from leading Route to Market and distribution strategies for India’s franchise bottling operations.


Before joining Coca-Cola, Rohan built a strong foundation during his 8+ years at Procter & Gamble, India with experience in various sales and commercial roles.


With deep expertise across business strategy, consumer first thinking, category growth, customer partnership, route-to-market and integrated brand execution, Rohan Kulkarni now plays a pivotal role in expanding Coca-Cola India’s Away From Home business and driving its next phase of consumer-centric growth.
