Manoj Tiwari Joins Best Value Chem Pvt. Ltd. (BVC) as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) Bringing over 16+ years of diverse and impactful experience in HR leadership, industrial relations, people development, and organization-wide transformation, Manoj’s appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to strengthening its people strategy and building a future-ready workforce.


In his new role, Manoj will spearhead key HR agendas including organization design, capability development, talent & leadership hiring, HR policy governance, succession planning, digital HR transformation, employee relations, culture development, and compliance oversight. He is tasked with building scalable people systems and elevating the company’s HR capabilities to support its expanding operations and strategic growth roadmap.


Before joining Best Value Chem, Manoj held multiple senior leadership roles at Polycab India Limited, most recently serving as Senior General Manager – Head HR. He led human resources across Polycab’s manufacturing ecosystem, driving initiatives in workforce planning, organization restructuring, talent development, talent hiring, culture development, performance management and multi-plant HR operations. His earlier experience includes impactful stints at TOTO India Industries Pvt. Ltd., Astron Paper & Board Mill Ltd., Man Industries Ltd., Asian Granito India Ltd., and Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd., where he led HR strategy, IR frameworks, capability-building programs, wage negotiations, talent systems, restructuring, and compliance processes across complex industrial environments.


Manoj, an alumnus of IIM-Raipur, bring a proven track record of driving HR transformation and building strong, engagement-led cultures, Manoj is well positioned to lead Best Value Chem’s people agenda as the company accelerates its growth journey. His strategic foresight and ground-level execution capability are expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening organizational capability, creating a performance-driven culture, and ensuring the company remains an employer of choice in the specialty chemicals sector.
