Manish Mishra Appointed as General Manager & Head of Quality at Biskfarm - Saj Food Products Pvt. Ltd.
Manish Mishra has joined Biskfarm- Saj Food Products Pvt. Ltd. as the General Manager & Head of Quality, bringing with him over a decade of versatile experience spanning manufacturing, quality management, food safety, and large-scale operations across leading FMCG organizations. Known for his strong command over quality systems, operational excellence, and process governance, Manish steps into this role with a proven track record of driving transformation in food manufacturing environments.
Before joining Saj Food Products, Manish served at ITC Limited for close to a decade, where he held multiple key leadership positions across biscuits, cakes, and atta manufacturing units. As Operation Manager for ITC Foods (Biscuits & Cakes) in Haridwar, he played a significant role in enhancing production efficiency and ensuring stringent quality compliance. Prior to this, he headed quality and food safety for one of ITC’s largest plants in Kolkata, overseeing end-to-end quality operations, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manish’s prior experience includes a successful stint with Godrej Agrovet, where he led operations for the company’s own manufacturing facility with an annual turnover of ₹150 crore. His contributions spanned process optimization, cost control, risk management, supply chain efficiency, and KPI-driven performance improvement. His efforts in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies helped streamline systems and elevate productivity across functions. With deep expertise in quality, manufacturing operations, business excellence, and change management, Manish Mishra’s appointment marks a pivotal step for Saj Food Products Pvt.
