A distinguished leader, coach, and behavioural science practitioner, Kavita brings over two decades of experience in transforming organizations, developing leaders, and designing human-centred change journeys.


An alumna of IIM Ahmedabad and St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, Kavita has led leadership and capability transformation initiatives across global corporations, social enterprises, and multilateral agencies including UNICEF, UNDP, and UNFPA.


As the Founder of Kavyata, she has personally coached more than 250 leaders and CXOs, integrating the power of neuroscience, positive psychology, and adult development theory to help leaders lead with clarity, resilience, and authenticity.


At Euphoria Consulting, Kavita will lead consulting delivery and solution innovation, shaping the firm’s impact across leadership, culture, and capability transformation mandates.
