Known for her no-nonsense, results-driven approach to L&D, Brinel has built a reputation for challenging outdated training norms and replacing them with meaningful, measurable, and performance-led learning experiences.

Across her career, Brinel has consistently focused on fixing ineffective training structures by prioritizing facilitation over narration, designing learning journeys that translate into clear behavioural shifts, and building review mechanisms that foster accountability.
