CoreStack, a global leader in AI-powered Cloud Governance and Security, has appointed Ashish Saxena as its new Chief Growth Officer (CGO). The announcement comes at a pivotal moment for the company as enterprises worldwide accelerate their shift toward responsible AI, strengthened cloud security, and intelligent governance frameworks.
As Chief Growth Officer, Ashish will lead CoreStack’s unified global growth agenda, driving expansion across industries, customer segments, and geographies. His role will focus on elevating enterprise adoption, accelerating customer momentum, strengthening ecosystem partnerships, and deepening CoreStack’s integrated go-to-market capabilities as the company advances its long-term leadership vision in Cloud Governance and Security. This appointment underscores CoreStack’s commitment to scaling responsibly and investing in leadership excellence at a time when secure, compliant, AI-led cloud operations are becoming essential to enterprise transformation.
Ashish brings more than three decades of global leadership experience, having built, scaled, and managed multi-hundred-million to billion-dollar businesses across North America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining CoreStack, he served as Founder & CEO of Athenios Consulting Services, where he advised enterprises and private equity firms on growth acceleration, investment validation, market assessments, and value-creation strategies across semiconductor, engineering, and enterprise technology sectors. His advisory work strengthened his reputation as a trusted strategist and a forward-thinking growth architect.
Before Athenios, Ashish held senior executive roles across some of the world’s leading technology organizations. At Innova Solutions, he served as President of the REMTT Business, where he integrated and realigned the Retail, Energy, Manufacturing, Transportation, Technology, and Engineering verticals under a cohesive growth strategy and launched the Innova Engineering unit to diversify offerings and reinforce market positioning. At Wipro, he led a ~$1B global business as Senior Vice President & Sector Head for Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, and Semiconductor, delivering resilient performance through volatile market cycles. Earlier in his career at Tata Consultancy Services, he spent more than two decades in leadership roles across delivery, operations, client engagement, and global business management, helping scale strategic units and doubling revenue through disciplined, relationship-led growth.
Ashish’s career began with strong engineering fundamentals, first as a Control System Engineer at Hindalco, and later designing power-plant simulators at the National Power Training Institute. This technical foundation has remained central to his leadership approach, combining deep domain expertise with a strategic perspective.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Ashish is a recognized thought leader and the author of “The Growth Mandate: Leadership in an Exponential World.” His perspectives on leadership, growth, and digital transformation have been featured in publications such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and other global platforms. He is also a recipient of the Glory of India Award. Ashish holds an engineering degree from HBTU Kanpur, an MBA from Rutgers Business School, and executive education credentials from The Wharton School and Columbia Business School.
