Abou Baker Joins Neurealm as Chief – Talent Supply Chain

Abou Baker has taken on the role of Chief – Talent Supply Chain at Neurealm, bringing with him nearly three decades of distinguished experience across talent supply chain leadership, global delivery, workforce management, IT transformation, and P&L ownership. His elevation into this strategic position marks a pivotal step in strengthening Neurealm’s people architecture and scaling its talent engine for future growth.


Prior to joining Neurealm, Abou served as Associate Vice President at Birlasoft, where he led end-to-end Workforce Management (WFM) for both internal and external talent streams across multiple horizontals and verticals. He was responsible for forecasting, sourcing, fulfillment, bench optimization, demand governance, and campus hiring strategy. He also played a crucial role in architecting the organization’s skill framework, driving skill transformation programs, and supporting enterprise HR tech transformation initiatives—all aimed at enhancing business agility and talent readiness.


Before Birlasoft, Abou spent nearly 11 years at DXC Technology, where he rose to the role of Associate Director. He led major transformation initiatives across hire-to-retire applications, drove DevOps adoption, and transitioned delivery methodologies from waterfall to agile. Earlier, as Delivery Head and P&L Leader, he managed large global teams, oversaw multi-portfolio delivery (applications, infra, testing), and consistently delivered operational profitability while optimizing onshore–offshore models. He also spearheaded integration programs, business divestitures, strategic pricing, and multi-year revenue planning.


Abou’s earlier career includes impactful roles at Lands’ End, where he managed enterprise systems, CRM integrations, and EDW transformations; Covansys, where he led global delivery, Y2K integration, and mainframe modernization programs; and CBSI India, where he began his journey as an analyst/programmer.


With a rare blend of technology depth, operational excellence, and talent supply chain mastery, Abou Baker’s leadership is set to bring elevated efficiency, strategic clarity, and transformation-led momentum to Neurealm’s workforce ecosystem.
