Yeshwanth Kumar Y has joined Aukera Grown Diamond Jewellery as the Vice President – Head of Supply Chain & Sourcing, bringing with him a wealth of experience in strategic sourcing, inventory management, and operational excellence. In his new role, Yeshwanth will lead the end-to-end supply chain function, focusing on procurement efficiency, vendor ecosystem development, and technology-driven process optimization to support Aukera’s vision of redefining luxury through sustainability and innovation.


Aukera, backed by Fireside Ventures, is a next-generation lab-grown diamond jewellery brand that merges cutting-edge technology with timeless design and craftsmanship. Yeshwanth’s leadership is expected to further strengthen the brand’s operational backbone, ensuring agility, transparency, and ethical sourcing as it continues to expand its footprint in the global market.


Before joining Aukera, Yeshwanth served as Sourcing Manager – Inventory and Vendor Management at Malabar Gold & Diamonds in Dubai, where he was instrumental in driving supplier performance, enhancing inventory efficiency, and pioneering recycling initiatives for diamond and gold recovery. His deep understanding of sourcing strategies and vendor relationship management enabled him to deliver measurable business value and sustainability outcomes.


Yeshwanth’s career journey began at Titan Company Limited, where he spent over 12 years progressing through multiple roles, including Deputy Manager and Senior Executive, mastering the nuances of responsible sourcing, production alignment, and process excellence. During his tenure, he successfully implemented several operational control frameworks and supplier evaluation models that elevated Titan’s sourcing efficiency and ethical procurement practices.
