Sujaya Nag Joins Brigade Group as CHRO & Senior Vice President

Sujaya Nag has joined Brigade Group as the Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Vice President, marking a new chapter in the company's journey of people-centered growth and transformation. With over 25 years of global HR experience across Asia, North America, Europe, and the Indo-Pacific, Sujaya brings extensive expertise in people strategy, culture development, and organizational transformation.
Throughout her career, Sujaya has held leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Booz Allen Hamilton, HSBC, UnitedHealth Group, and Genpact.
Prior to joining Brigade Group, Sujaya was based in Washington, D.C., where she led Booz Allen Hamilton’s International HR team, managing employee relations for more than 34,000 employees worldwide. She played a key role in establishing the company’s International HR and Employee Relations function across Asia Pacific and Europe, integrating global governance standards and fostering a culture of fairness, consistency, and engagement across regions.
A Columbia University alumna, Sujaya has been a driving force behind developing future-ready organizations. Beyond her corporate achievements, she is recognized for her expertise in having worked globally including a technology consulting firm, creating and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and integrating leadership practices across multiple geographies.
At Brigade Group, Sujaya will oversee the People and Culture initiatives across the company’s various divisions, including Hospitality, Hotel Ventures, and Foundation entities.
Her focus will be on enhancing HR transformation, governance, and leadership capabilities to support the Group’s continued expansion while nurturing its people-first philosophy and community-driven values.
