Sachin Bisht has joined Schueco India as Head of Business Transformation – India, taking on a pivotal role in leading the company’s strategic growth and innovation agenda. Schueco, a multi-billion-dollar German multinational renowned for its cutting-edge façade, window, and solar solutions, is deepening its India presence through leadership that embodies global excellence and transformation capability. Sachin’s appointment reinforces the organization’s focus on driving operational excellence, customer-centricity, and sustainable growth.


Bringing over a decade of diverse leadership experience, Sachin is known for his strong DNA in sales, operations, luxury business management, P&L ownership, and people leadership. Prior to joining Schueco, he served as DGM – Regional Head at JSW One Platforms Ltd., where he led large regional operations, strengthened B2B e-commerce for MSMEs, and drove organizational transformation across multiple product categories. His sharp commercial acumen and ability to foster collaboration helped deliver strong business results and cultural shifts across teams.


Earlier, Sachin held several key roles at Schindler India, including AGM – Branch Manager and National Sales Manager – Digital Business, where he managed multimillion-rupee P&Ls, spearheaded digital initiatives, and inspired cross-functional teams to achieve record growth. His journey began at AVEVA (Schneider Electric), where he worked as a Technical Sales Specialist, delivering high-value digital transformation projects for clients such as Shell, ONGC, and DVC.


At Schueco India, Sachin will lead the business transformation charter—focusing on innovation, process excellence, and cultural evolution. Known as a people’s champion and mentor, he brings a leadership style that balances strategic vision with empathy, empowering teams to embrace change and deliver excellence.
