Dr. Mruthyanjaya Rao Mangipudi has joined Kapston Services Limited as General Manager – Human Resources, bringing with him 23 years of diverse and distinguished experience across judicial, academia, fintech, telecom, and technology sectors. His appointment reinforces Kapston’s vision to strengthen its human capital strategies and build a high-performance, people-centric culture across the organization.
Dr. Mangipudi has held key leadership roles throughout his career, driving large-scale HR transformations and establishing frameworks that balance employee aspirations with institutional goals. Prior to joining Kapston, he held leadership roles in Academia for 3+ years. At Symbiosis International University, his stint as Head-HR (HCM and L&D) for India & Dubai operations stands out for its scale and impact. He implemented structured compensation benchmarking, revamped performance management system, enhanced employee engagement, transformed the HR function into a strategic Human Capital Management model, aligning it with institutional objectives, reducing query resolution turnaround time. He successfully represented and handled 6 NBA accreditation audits. These reflect his deep expertise in organizational design, change management, learning systems, and operational excellence. He served as Head-HR at CMR University and played a critical role in achieving an “A” Grade in NAAC accreditation in HR standpoint. He also served as functional head (senior HR) at Chanakya University, Bangalore.
Before academia, Dr. Mangipudi held HR leadership positions in the corporate sector, including Teqsar, Karvy Stock Broking Limited, BroadGate Solutions LLC, mFino, and VoiceGate Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. Across these roles, he demonstrated excellence in talent acquisition, talent management, cost optimization, HR policy formulation, and automation of HR operations. He successfully introduced data-driven frameworks, and managed end-to-end HR functions for large, multi-location teams.
