Amit Raual has joined Listenlights Pvt. Ltd. as the Group Chief People & Workplace Officer, bringing with him over two decades of global experience across IT/ITES, Banking, R&D, Manufacturing, and Corporate sectors. A strategic and forward-thinking People & Culture leader, Amit is known for his ability to drive workplace transformation, enhance employee experience, and build purpose-driven, high-performing cultures.


In his new role, Amit will spearhead the company’s people and workplace strategy, aligning culture, operations, and innovation to accelerate organizational growth. He will focus on creating a future-ready workplace ecosystem that fosters collaboration, engagement, and excellence, while embedding sustainability and compliance into the company’s people practices. Before joining Listenlights, Amit served as Head of Workplace Services – APAC at bp, where he led real estate, facilities, and operations management across the Asia-Pacific region. His previous experience also includes leadership roles at UBS, Huntsman, American Home Mortgage Servicing, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and Zee Networks. Across these organizations, Amit has delivered transformative results by integrating digital workplace strategies, optimizing operational efficiency, and championing employee well-being.

Recognized as a thought leader and published author in the domain of people strategy, Amit holds a PhD along with prestigious credentials from Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Corenet Global (MCR).
