Yashwant Mishra is promoted as Managing Director at Benzene Ring Learning Solutions

Yashwant Mishra has stepped into the role of Managing Director at Benzene Ring Learning Solutions, bringing with him over 30 years of expertise in pharma sales training, leadership development, and organizational capability building. In his new role, he will be spearheading initiatives to partner with organizations across India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, addressing performance gaps and designing training solutions that enable high-performance teams.


With a career spanning more than three decades, Yashwant has worked with leading pharmaceutical companies including Cipla, Abbott Healthcare, Unichem Laboratories, UCB, Piramal Healthcare, and Wockhardt Ltd. His extensive experience ranges from sales and business management to learning and development, with a strong focus on leadership programs, outbound team building, psychometric assessments, and digital learning. His efforts have also extended to international markets, where he has successfully conducted workshops in Kenya, Cambodia, Oman, and Nepal.


Prior to this role, Yashwant served as Founder Director of Benzene Ring Learning Solutions, where he designed and delivered specialized programs in pharma sales training, managerial development, and emotional intelligence. He has also been an integral part of building Live Pharma Coalition, a global knowledge and networking forum as Co Founder underscoring his commitment to fostering professional growth and collaboration within the industry.
