Yashpal Singh Rao Joins Seeds of Innocence & Home IVF as Chief Growth Officer

Yashpal Singh Rao has been appointed as the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Seeds of Innocence & Home IVF, one of India’s fastest-growing fertility chains. With over 15 years of leadership experience in the IVF and healthcare sector, Yashpal is well-recognized for driving growth, scaling multi-city operations, and building sustainable business models across both Indian and international markets.


Prior to this appointment, Yashpal held senior leadership roles at Indira IVF, India’s largest IVF chain, and ART Fertility Clinics, a global network of advanced fertility centers. In these positions, he was instrumental in turning around underperforming centers, strengthening patient acquisition strategies, enhancing patient trust, and expanding footprints in highly competitive markets.


At Seeds of Innocence & Home IVF, Yashpal will be responsible for leading B2C growth, enhancing call center excellence, driving business development, and spearheading international expansion. His focus will be on strengthening the brand’s mission of making advanced fertility care more accessible, affordable, and patient-centric.
