Vishal Vashistha Joins QT Group as Global Business Development Director – Micro Mobility, where he will spearhead growth across diverse mobility use cases including motorcycles, scooters, 3-wheelers, recreational vehicles, and industrial/commercial vehicles across both ICE and EV segments.


In his new role, Vishal will be responsible for leading business strategy, go-to-market execution, and customer engagement in close collaboration with the sales, marketing, and product teams. He will also play a key role in defining and steering product roadmaps, value propositions, and positioning strategies based on market feedback, customer needs, and competitive insights.


With over 18 years of rich experience in the automotive industry, Vishal brings deep expertise in sales, business strategy, GTM planning, marketing, and brand building across domestic and international markets. He has held leadership positions at renowned organizations such as Ola Electric, Renault, Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, TVS Motor, and VE Commercial Vehicles. Notably, he has been instrumental in landmark achievements including the successful launch of the Ola electric scooter in India, establishing Renault’s operations across South Asia, and driving Volvo Eicher to its highest-ever market share in the LMD segment.


At QT Group, Vishal will also strengthen the company’s thought leadership in the mobility ecosystem by creating industry-specific content, reference implementations, and strategic partnerships.
