Vaishali Jambotkar Joins ARPAN as Associate Director – People & Culture, Administration and IT

Vaishali Jambotkar has stepped into a new chapter of her professional journey by joining ARPAN as the Associate Director – People & Culture, Administration and IT. Based in Mumbai, this role will see her driving the organization’s people-first agenda while also strengthening administrative and IT functions to create a seamless work environment. With her diverse expertise, Vaishali is well-positioned to contribute to ARPAN’s mission of impact and excellence.
Before taking on this exciting role, Vaishali served as Regional HR Lead at TeamLease Foundation, where she led employee lifecycle management and enhanced people processes. Her leadership was instrumental in streamlining HR practices and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Prior to that, she was the Head of HR, Administration, L&D and Volunteering at Kotak Education Foundation, where she successfully drove HR transformation, performance management, and people analytics to build stronger and more engaged teams.
A pivotal milestone in Vaishali’s career was her transition from the corporate sector to the social sector through her nearly seven-year tenure at Educate Girls. She describes this phase as a fruitful and beautiful journey that not only strengthened her professional expertise but also gave her deep insights into the dynamics of the social sector. Rising from HR Manager to Senior Manager Human Resources, she played a crucial role in shaping HR strategies, improving organizational culture, and fostering employee growth within the development space.
Earlier in her career, Vaishali gained extensive experience in HR and administration with organizations such as KA Hospitality Private Limited, Nevales Networks, and Apara Enterprise Solutions, where she built a strong foundation in HR operations, compliance, and people management. These experiences equipped her with the versatility to navigate both corporate and social landscapes with equal effectiveness.
With over two decades of experience spanning IT, hospitality, and the social sector, Vaishali has established herself as a dynamic HR professional, recognized for her critical thinking, people-centric leadership, and transformative approach to HR strategy.
