Rewati Deshpande has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Director at Vibrant Energy, marking a significant milestone in women’s leadership within the renewable energy sector. With more than two decades of rich experience across corporate finance, commercial contracting, treasury, global markets, economics, risk management, taxation, project planning, and renewable energy, she now takes on a pivotal role to shape Vibrant Energy’s financial strategy and growth. Her diverse professional journey across industries such as banking, steel, oil, shipping, power, and transmission equips her with a broad perspective to navigate evolving business challenges and drive impactful outcomes.


Prior to this, Rewati served as Head of Finance – Renewable Energy Business at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, and later as Head of Finance and IT at AM Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., an ArcelorMittal-owned renewable power company. Over her 3.5-year tenure, she was instrumental in establishing the renewable energy business in India, aligning finance with technology, creating robust financial systems and processes, and setting up IT architecture across applications, infrastructure, security, and compliance. Her leadership has been a cornerstone in scaling operations and positioning renewable energy as a transformative growth engine.
