Ravi Singh has stepped into a new role as Assistant Vice President at ANAROCK Property Consultants Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant milestone in his professional journey within the real estate sector. With over a decade of experience, Ravi brings strong expertise in sales, strategy, and business development, along with a proven record of driving growth and building long-term client trust.


Before joining ANAROCK, Ravi spent more than four years at The Guardians Real Estate Advisory, where he advanced through roles such as Deputy Manager, Manager, and most recently, Site Lead. His contributions in leading teams, designing growth strategies, and nurturing customer relationships played a key role in the company’s success during his tenure.


Ravi’s professional background also includes valuable experience with Acme Housing, ANAROCK (from 2017–2018), Tech Mahindra Business Services, and Jagjeet Kalyani Realty Consultant. Over the years, he has developed deep skills in Operation and execution alignment, customer relationship management (CRM), market research, sales and distribution, and business development strategies, which make him well-positioned to contribute to ANAROCK’s continued growth in the real estate industry.


An alumnus of SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Ravi is recognized for his sharp business acumen, people-first approach, and ability to execute strategies with precision.
