Rajiv Singh Bhadoria has joined Kshema General Insurance Limited as the Chief Operations Officer, taking charge of the organization’s operations and strategic execution. With a career spanning over two decades in the insurance sector, Rajiv brings a wealth of experience in agency management, zonal leadership, and operational excellence to his new role.


Prior to this, Rajiv spent over 17 years at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where he held several key Business Head positions including Head of CDA, Head of Agency, and Zonal Business Head. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in scaling various business operations, driving performance nationally, and strengthening customer-centric business practices. His leadership in head quarters and key markets nationally helped establish high-performing teams and robust operational frameworks.


Before joining Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, Rajiv served as Head – East at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd., where he led the tied agency business for the East Zone, demonstrating consistent growth in sales and channel development. His deep understanding of insurance operations, combined with his ability to drive strategic initiatives, has been a hallmark of his career.


In his new role at Kshema General Insurance Limited, Rajiv is expected to spearhead operational strategies, optimize processes, and enhance overall organizational efficiency.
