Kannan KCS has joined Quess Corp Limited as the CBO – Business Head, Manufacturing & Industrials, bringing with him a wealth of experience in business strategy, operations leadership, and skill development. Known for his expertise in staffing industries, CSR initiatives, and large-scale business transformation, Kannan steps into this role with a clear vision to strengthen market positioning and drive sustainable growth in the manufacturing and apprenticeship space.


In his new position, Kannan will be responsible for defining and driving the long-term vision for the Manufacturing & Industrials vertical, ensuring business scalability, profitability, and operational excellence. He will oversee enterprise-level P&L, anticipate industry trends, and design strategies that enhance competitiveness while engaging with key stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure governance and compliance. His focus will also be on building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.


Before joining Quess Corp, Kannan served as the Chief Operating Officer at Yashaswi Group, where he led a dynamic team of over 200 members and achieved remarkable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and revenue generation. His career journey also includes leadership roles at Yashaswi Academy for Skills and LabourNet Services, where he played a key role in business development, skill enhancement initiatives, and large-scale operations.


With over two decades of cross-industry expertise spanning India, Sri Lanka, and the UK, Kannan has established himself as a seasoned strategist and people-focused leader. His deep knowledge of staffing, NAPS, NATS, and skill development programs, combined with his ability to blend innovation with execution, makes him a valuable addition to Quess Corp’s leadership team.
