Kallol Ghosh has taken on the role of Business Head at S. S. Logistics, one of Eastern India’s leading supply chain management and consulting firms. In this new role, he will focus on scaling operations, strengthening logistics efficiency, and building sustainable strategies to support the company’s growth journey across the building materials sector.


With over three decades of rich experience, Kallol brings a 360-degree perspective of the building materials and logistics industry. His career spans leadership roles at prestigious organizations such as Holcim, Adani Group, Dalmia Bharat Limited, Binani Cement Ltd, Larsen & Toubro, and J K White Cement, where he specialized in supply chain management, logistics optimization, and cement distribution at both regional and pan-India levels. He has also specialized in cement pricing and volume tracking across India, working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with consulting firms, while building strong networks with industry leaders, logistics partners, and market influencers.


Most recently, from May 2023 to May 2025, Kallol worked as an associate of Ultratech Cement on behalf of Prag India Cement Private Limited (PIPCL), where he successfully handled Supply Chain and Sales across the entire North East region.


Beyond his corporate leadership, Kallol has also been an entrepreneur, successfully managing his own trucking company and serving as a C&F agent for leading brands like Ultratech and Ambuja Cement. This rare blend of corporate expertise and hands-on operational experience equips him with the ability to bridge strategy with execution while addressing real-world distribution challenges.


At S. S. Logistics, Kallol is expected to bring his proven leadership and market insights to transform distribution systems into growth drivers, foster strong industry partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
