Hitesh Parashar Joins Knorr-Bremse India Pvt. Ltd. as Director – Quality RVS India

Hitesh Parashar has recently joined Knorr-Bremse India Pvt. Ltd. as Director – Quality RVS India. In this strategic role, he will be responsible for leading the company’s quality function, ensuring robust systems, and driving continuous improvement across operations to deliver excellence.


Hitesh brings with him a rich career spanning close to two decades in Quality Engineering and Assurance. Prior to this, he was associated with Mahindra and Mahindra Limited as Deputy General Manager (DH) – Quality Assurance. Over the years, he has gained extensive expertise in supplier quality assurance, customer quality assurance, Plant Quality, and new product development, making him a seasoned leader in the automotive and engineering industry.


Before his tenure at Mahindra, Hitesh worked with JBM Group (Bus Division) as AGM – Quality Assurance & QS, and earlier held key roles at Subros Limited, Visteon Corporation, and Hi-Tech Gears Ltd. His diverse experience across reputed organizations in India and abroad has shaped his ability to lead cross-functional teams and successfully implement global quality frameworks.


An alumnus of the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, Hitesh has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence. His appointment is a significant step for Knorr-Bremse India as the company continues to strengthen its quality systems and reinforce its position as a trusted leader in the rail vehicle sector.
