With over 28 years of experience in the building materials industry, Manoj Kumar Mishra has witnessed firsthand the challenges that sales professionals encounter in an increasingly complex & competitive market. From understanding intricate product specifications to managing dealer networks, handling project approvals, & navigating the evolving roles of architects, contractors, & consultants, he realized that traditional, generic sales training simply wasn’t enough. It was this insight, coupled with a passion for empowering others, that inspired him to create 𝐈 𝐀𝐦 𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐧 — first of a kind & only industry-specific training platform dedicated exclusively to building materials sales & marketing.
