Bharat Sethi Joins Havells India Ltd as Joint Vice President – Water Heater & Air Cooler

Bharat Sethi has joined Havells India Ltd as the Joint Vice President for the Water Heater and Air Cooler divisions. With over two decades of experience across sales, marketing, and business leadership, Bharat brings a wealth of expertise to his new role, reinforcing Havells’ commitment to innovation and customer-focused growth.


Bharat’s professional journey began with roles at Kajaria Ceramics Limited and Asian Paints, where he gained early experience in business development and project sales. He further honed his skills at Philips Consumer Electronics and LG Electronics, taking on regional sales responsibilities and building a strong foundation in strategic sales management.


In his subsequent role at BSH Home Appliances Group as National Sales Manager for Built-in Appliances, Bharat excelled in business development and sales process optimization. From July 2021 to September 2025, he served as Business Head at Hettich India Pvt. Ltd., overseeing the appliance business for India and SAARC nations. During this tenure, he managed P&L responsibilities, led business expansion, and implemented strategies that enhanced market presence and customer engagement.


At Havells, Bharat will leverage his extensive experience to drive growth and operational excellence in the Water Heater and Air Cooler segments. His leadership will focus on innovative market strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and fostering a high-performance culture across teams.


Known for his solution-oriented approach and proven ability to turn around businesses, Bharat is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Havells’ appliance portfolio in India. His appointment marks a significant step in Havells’ journey to deliver superior products and unmatched customer experiences.
