Adarsh Aaron Joins Native as Director of Retained Search and HR Advisory Business

Adarsh Aaron has joined Native as the Director of its Retained Search and HR Advisory Business, becoming an integral part of the group’s ambitious journey to build India’s first integrated talent solutions organization—made in India, by India, for India. This new chapter comes after 16 years of Native’s legacy of partnering with over 900 corporates, across 14 practice areas, successfully placing more than 8,000 leaders and 1,100 CXOs.


Adarsh brings with him over 15 years of rich experience in executive search and leadership hiring across global and Indian markets. Most recently, he served as Client Director at EMA Partners, where he worked extensively on senior leadership mandates across industries. Prior to this, he held key roles at The Taplow Group S.A. as Associate Principal and earlier as Senior Associate, strengthening his expertise in CXO-level hiring and client engagement.


Earlier in his career, Adarsh was associated with Novo Nordisk as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, driving global leadership hiring across multiple geographies including the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Germany, Switzerland, Algeria, Turkey, and India. He also gained valuable experience in leadership hiring during his stints at Stanton Chase International, Diversified Indian Business House, and IKYA Search Partners. His career reflects a strong track record of building search strategies, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering on leadership mandates.


At Native, Adarsh will play a pivotal role in shaping the group’s retained search and HR advisory business, with a vision of creating a destination for India Inc. where frontier leadership is not only discovered but also developed. His deep expertise across executive search, talent strategy, and HR consulting will further strengthen Native’s mission of redefining leadership hiring and HR advisory in India.
