Varun Kapoor Elevated to Senior Vice President at ANAROCK

Varun Kapoor has been promoted to Senior Vice President at ANAROCK Property Consultants, taking charge as Business Head for the South Mumbai Mandates vertical. This elevation marks a significant milestone in his career with ANAROCK, where he has steadily grown through leadership roles over the past six years.

With over 20 years of diverse experience across real estate and hospitality, Varun has built a strong reputation for driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading high-performance teams. Since joining ANAROCK in 2017, he has held key positions including Associate Director, Deputy Vice President, Vice President, and Business Head, consistently delivering results and spearheading large mandates in Mumbai’s dynamic property market.

Before ANAROCK, Varun worked with Lodha Group, where he managed portfolios spanning mid-segment to ultra-luxury residences and played a pivotal role in the sales strategy for landmark projects such as the World Towers by Armani Casa. His earlier career in customer experience with The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, The Leela Palaces & Resorts, and Lodha further strengthened his expertise in client servicing and brand-aligned operations.

In his new role as Senior Vice President, Varun will lead ANAROCK’s South Mumbai mandates business, overseeing strategy, client engagement, and end-to-end execution for some of the city’s most prestigious real estate projects. His promotion reflects both his consistent track record and the organization’s confidence in his ability to scale growth in one of India’s most competitive markets.
