Vaibhav Sharma has joined McCain Foods as Finance Leader – Business Transformation for Asia Pacific & South Africa. Based in Gurugram, he will be driving large-scale transformation initiatives, leveraging his expertise in finance and SAP-led processes to deliver operational excellence and sustainable growth across diverse markets.


With a career spanning global organizations such as JKCement, Accenture, SAP, IBM, and Capgemini, Vaibhav has led several successful finance transformation programs. Giving him a strong foundation in both banking and FMCG before moving into consulting and leadership roles.


At McCain Foods, Vaibhav will play a key role in aligning technology with business strategy, enabling process efficiencies, and supporting the company’s long-term growth agenda in the Asia Pacific and South Africa regions.
