Sourabh Garg Joins BuzzClan as Director of Cybersecurity

Sourabh Garg has taken on the role of Director of Cybersecurity at BuzzClan, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team. With close to two decades of experience in enterprise IT, security architecture, and digital transformation, Sourabh brings a wealth of technical depth and strategic foresight to the position.


In this new role, Sourabh will lead the end-to-end cybersecurity function at BuzzClan, shaping and executing strategies across cloud and on-premise environments. His mandate includes driving Zero Trust architecture adoption, strengthening compliance frameworks across global markets, ensuring business continuity, and embedding security by design into every layer of the organization’s operations. He will also play a key role in governance, risk, and regulatory alignment—particularly in industries where trust and data integrity are mission-critical.


Prior to joining BuzzClan, Sourabh held leadership positions at companies including Neosis IT Solutions,Xebia, Zindagi Technologies, HCLTech, Wipro, and IBM iX, where he consistently delivered secure, scalable, and high-performance technology ecosystems. His cross-industry exposure has equipped him to handle complex challenges across healthcare, banking, manufacturing, and tech-enabled enterprises. From overseeing global delivery teams to implementing robust cyber resilience programs, Sourabh’s contributions have always combined technical proficiency with business alignment.


His areas of specialization include cloud security, identity and access management, data protection, DevSecOps, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11), security operations, and incident response. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, strong client orientation, and ability to drive transformation at scale
