Siji Nair Kaul has joined Bharat Serums & Vaccines Limited (BSV), a Mankind Group Company, as Vice President – Global IVF Franchise Head for the International business. In this pivotal role, she will be responsible for charting the strategic direction and vision for the Global IVF Franchise, reinforcing BSV’s mission of delivering the joy of parenthood while aligning with the company’s business objectives.


At BSV, Siji will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to design and execute a roadmap that strengthens the organization’s global IVF presence. Her leadership will be instrumental in driving sustainable growth and ensuring that BSV continues to play a significant role in shaping innovative solutions for fertility care across international markets.


With over 25 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, and business development, Siji brings a proven track record of market shaping and creating sustainable business models. She joins Bharat Serums & Vaccines Limited from Bayer, where she dedicated more than 18 years, with her most recent role as Marketing Lead – Women’s Health & APAC Center of Excellence. At Bayer, she drove impactful strategies in the Women’s Health space.


Before her long tenure at Bayer, Siji held key leadership positions at Eli Lilly, Baxter, and Allergan. She managed diverse portfolios spanning Cardiovascular, Diabetes Care, Aesthetics, Devices, and Women’s Health, where her patient-centric approach and innovative marketing solutions consistently delivered strong business outcomes. Her extensive cross-therapeutic expertise will add immense value to BSV’s Global IVF Franchise.


Siji’s appointment marks a significant milestone for BSV as the company is poised to expand its international footprint in women’s reproductive health& scale newer heights in its journey of advancing fertility care worldwide.
