Rohan Gavade has been elevated to the position of Head – Talent Acquisition at Volkswagen Group Technology Solutions India (VWITS). With nearly two decades of expertise in Human Resources and Global Talent Acquisition, Rohan brings a wealth of experience in hiring strategies, workforce planning, process mapping, automation, and leadership across geographies including India, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States.
