Pulak Bhaumik has joined Listenlights as Chief Executive Officer – Data Centers, India. In his new role, he will spearhead the organization’s growth strategy, focusing on enhancing its capabilities, fostering stronger strategic partnerships, and accelerating the expansion of mission-critical infrastructure across India’s rapidly evolving data center ecosystem.
With more than 25 years of versatile experience, Mr. Bhaumik brings a wealth of expertise in the data center and real estate industries. Known for his achievement-oriented approach and people management skills, he has consistently driven business excellence and managed change with ease. His leadership style reflects a blend of operational efficiency and strategic foresight, positioning him as a trusted leader in the industry.
Prior to joining Listenlights, Mr. Bhaumik served as Director – Data Center Country Lead at CBRE, where he played a pivotal role in driving large-scale projects and managing critical operations. His impressive career also includes senior roles as Director Procurement and Head Global PMO at NTT Global Sourcing, Associate Director & Head of Supply Chain Management & Procurement at CBRE, Regional Procurement Lead at JLL, and DGM at Cushman & Wakefield. He began his career as Project Manager at Stork Materials Testing & Inspection, steadily building a strong foundation in procurement, supply chain, and project management.
At Listenlights, Mr. Bhaumik’s leadership is expected to strengthen the company’s position in India’s data center landscape.
