Palwinder Singh has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Extended Eastern Suburbs at Abhishek M Lodha Group, bringing with him over 31 years of extensive expertise in construction and real estate development. At Lodha Group, he oversees a portfolio of townships which includes regions like Palava Phase I & II, Taloja, Upper Thane & Khalapur comprising of high-rise luxury towers, commercial complexes, schools, temples, luxury villas & allied infrastructures. With academic foundations from Govt. Engineering College Jabalpur, NICMAR Pune, and IIM Kozhikode, his career demonstrates a strong blend of engineering, project execution, and leadership capabilities.


Before his appointment at Lodha Group, Palwinder Singh spent over two decades at L&T Construction Group (Larsen & Toubro), where he managed and delivered large-scale projects including high-rise luxury towers, mega shopping malls, cement plants, refineries, and logistics hubs. His work at L&T Construction Group not only sharpened his technical expertise but also positioned him as a leader in managing complex engineering and infrastructure projects at scale.


Following his tenure at L&T, Palwinder Singh held senior leadership roles at Piramal Realty as Senior Executive Vice President – Project Execution, where he was responsible for iconic projects such as Piramal Aranya in Byculla, Piramal Mahalaxmi, Piramal Vaikunth, and Piramal Revanta. Over a decade, he managed more than 17 million sq. ft. of development across Mumbai, cementing his reputation as a leader in luxury and large-scale real estate projects. His work at Piramal Realty remains a benchmark in design, execution, and delivery within the real estate sector.
