Dr. Rajarajeswari R has joined Shalina Healthcare as Vice President – Quality. At Shalina Healthcare, she will oversee regulatory compliance, drive global quality strategies, and strengthen the organization’s focus on delivering world-class healthcare solutions.


Through her distinguished career, Dr. Rajarajeswari has served as Senior Director at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where she played a pivotal role in ensuring product quality and compliance across multiple markets. Earlier, she had managed Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities at Johnson & Johnson. She has also been associated with GlaxoSmithKline in various capacities, critical quality functions. She began her career as a QA Executive with Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd gaining a strong foundation in pharmaceutical quality management.


Her expertise spans U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) & EU regulations, Verification and Validation (V&V), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Quality Auditing, and Validation processes. With her comprehensive knowledge and leadership experience, she has successfully driven quality excellence in highly regulated environments, ensuring adherence to international standards.


Academically accomplished, Dr. Rajarajeswari holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Department of Analytical Chemistry, University of Madras, strengthening her ability to integrate scientific research with practical industry applications. Her strong academic foundation complements her professional achievements, making her a leader adept at bridging innovation with compliance.
