Chandrakala Kawle Appointed as Director & Head of Human Resources - India at Mondee Technologies

Chandrakala Kawle has joined Mondee Technologies as Head of HR – India. In this leadership role, she will drive HR transformation, talent strategy, and organizational development for Mondee’s India operations, aligning people practices with the company’s global vision.


Chandrakala brings distinguished 17-year track record of building and scaling HR functions for global technology enterprises across HR leadership, analytics, and people strategy. Before joining Mondee, she served as Global Head of HR Analytics at RealPage Inc., where she built AI-powered analytics solutions, created predictive models for workforce planning, and established a global HR BI strategy that became the bedrock for C-suite decision-making.


Her prior tenures include leadership roles at Cloud4C Services, Deloitte, and CES, where she spearheaded complex organizational design and large-scale HR transformations across APAC, EMEA, SEA, NALA, and ANZ regions. Chandrakala’s unique expertise lies in her ability to synthesize advanced HR technology with profound human insight, creating workplaces that are both efficient and deeply empowering.
